Doors open to sellers at 12 noon to register, set up and to display their items. Potential buyers may attend at this time. Once goods are on display, no transactions except via the Auction. At 1300 auction will commence.

Table 1 will be allowed to describe/demonstrate 3 items. Thereafter each table holder will have the same opportunity. This will continue till all sellers have had this opportunity, and we will then go around again (there will be a refreshment break at some point).

10% of all fees prices realised will go to the host club SCA.

Cashing up will be after the second sale session finishes at 1700 hours.
At this point barters and private deals may be carried out independently of the SCA.

SCA Presents a Lecture by John Carey

John Carey has been very busy – having lectured over 20 times across the country in the past 18 months! Now John is coming to Glasgow. John has a knack for creating strong, direct card miracles using simple and devious methods. If you want powerful, practical material, John’s approach to creating will delight you. Check out some of John’s material here.

Peter Duffie said:
“John Carey’s card and close-up magic is a pleasure to watch. It’s also a pleasure to learn. With no extraneous moves or overt flourishes, his tightly constructed routines are to be admired. If you seek solid commercial magic that packs a punch, then you cannot go wrong with Carey.”
This should be a great lecture with something for everyone, from beginner to advanced.

John will have his dvd 'Handle with Carey' with him which will form the crux of the material in the lecture.

Paisley Magic Circle Lecture

Michael Neto will present his lecture "Structuring a Close up Competition Act" on Thurs 3rd Nov at 730pm. The lecture will be held in St Ninian's Church of Scotland, 81 - 83 Blackstoun Road, Paisley, PA31NR. Admission £10.
